Design update on the seat tube (year 2020-21)
Which models are affected?
Potentially affected are all muli cargo bikes (muli “muscle, muli motor ‘px’, muli motor ‘st’) from the model years 2020 and 2021. The models can be identified by the frame numbers 20MCXXXX and 21MCXXXX.
The frame number is located at the position marked in Fig. 1.The specific area affected is marked in Fig. 2.
What needs to be done now?
If you own a muli from the model years listed above and have not yet been contacted by your specialist dealer or muli-cycles, please contact the point of sale of your muli cargo bike immediately and/or contact our customer service. If your bike is affected, stop using your muli. You will be given an appointment at a specialist workshop. There, the seat tube of your muli will be reinforced with a sleeve and you will receive a new seat post with an adapted diameter.
