We ship your muli by forwarding agent. The delivery is carried out with a 7,5t truck. As a customer you have to make sure that the delivery address is accessible for this vehicle. Otherwise, there could be costs for empty journeys which we would have to pass on to you. As far as possible, we will inform you of the delivery date in advance. As a rule, the forwarding agent will arrange a delivery date with you by telephone.

Your muli comes completely assembled and packed in a box to your home. Only a few components such as wheels, pedals, handlebars and seatpost are dismantled for transport. You can install these components after receiving your package using the instructions provided.

Your accessories will be shipped as standard. However, shipping is free of charge if you order your accessories together with a muli.
