Maintenance & care

To keep your muli in top form, it needs regular care.

Inspections

  • after 400 km (or after 6 months) -> initial inspection for new bikes

  • Hub inspection every 1000 km

  • every 2000 km inspection (or at least once a year)

Note: If maintenance has not been carried out regularly, this may justify a rejection of the claim.

Care instructions

Clean your muli regularly with water and a soft cloth. Do not use a strong jet of water or aggressive cleaning agents.

Air pressure

Rear wheel 2.0 - 4.0 bar
Front wheel 2.5 - 4.5 bar

Frame lock

To ensure proper function, you can lubricate the frame lock with lubricant at regular intervals. (e.g. with AXA Lock Spray)

Chain

  • Remove dirt (e.g. with a brush)

  • Turn the crank backwards while stationary and apply oil to the inside of the chain

  • Run a cloth over the chain - remove excess oil

Strap

  • Remove dirt (e.g. with water and a brush)

  • Do not use oil or other cleaning agents
