Our production
Yes, we really do it: we manufacture the heart of every bicycle in Germany - the frame. In series. With almost 80 employees, we build cargo bikes in the middle of Cologne-Ehrenfeld - by hand and using welding robots. More local and innovative than any other manufacturer. Our steel tubes come from northern Germany, 100% recycled. We break new ground, create new cycles and deliver the highest quality. We want to take responsibility and help shape a new way of doing business.
Material and quality ↓
25CrMo4 - sounds complicated? It’s simply the abbreviation for the chrome-molybdenum steel from which our muli frames are made. The ideal material for frame construction: tough, unbreakable, very easy to bend and weld - and at the same time with pleasant damping. The material “works with” you instead of being hard. For you, this means: smooth and safe on the road. And the raw material for our tubes? 100% recycled. From northern Germany.
We not only produce the frame, we also test it directly on site on our in-house test bench - regularly and far beyond the requirements of the standard. Why? For durable, high-quality bikes - good for you and the environment.
Assembly ↓
No assembly line - but very efficient. The largest team in the factory is the assembly department. The final production step reveals the goal we have been working towards for so long: a practical, beautiful, compact and sustainable cargo bike.
Our network ↓
Through close partnerships with specialized industrial companies, we are implementing our vision of serial frame production in Germany. At the same time, we have continuously developed our in-house production processes. With our automated frame production in Cologne, we are pioneers in the industry. Yes we can!
