Please understand that we can only process claims for mules and accessories purchased from us. Please also note that a lack of maintenance, particularly on the gearbox and wheel hubs, may invalidate any claims.

The complaints process is as follows:
1. We receive your complaint request.
2. we check whether all the necessary information is available and whether the muli was purchased from us.
3. we then decide whether the complaint is accepted, rejected or handled in an accommodating manner and inform you of the next steps.
