Are the small wheels a disadvantage for acceleration?
No, this is a wide-spread misconception. With smaller wheels you are not slower and neither do you have to pedal more than with bigger wheels if the transmission is balanced through an adequately bigger chain ring. The standard muli has a chain ring with 50 teeth. If necessary, a bigger chain ring up to a maximum of 52 teeth can be implemented.
Is the assemblage of a luggage rack intended?
Yes. Since the 2018 model, there is a luggage rack receptacle. We would be happy to provide you with appropriate purchasing tips.
Does a baby protection shell fit into the basket?
Yes, a Maxi Cosi, for example, fits into the basket. There is no specific fixture. The baby protection shell can be fixated with a tension belt, for example.
Is the illumination only available in the rechargeable battery option or is there also a hub dynamo planned? 
Yes, there will be an optional hub dynamo in the 2018 series.
Is the muli also suitable for large persons?
Thanks to the adjustable seat post and the height-adjustable handlebar stem, the muli is adjustable to various body sizes. From a body height of more than 1,90m we recommend a test ride. 
Where can I have my muli repaired?
Except for the frame, handlebar and basket, the muli is made of standard constituents which can be repaired in every bicycle repair shop.
Can I return my muli?
Yes, the muli can be returned to us within 14 days after delivery without giving any reasons. The muli needs to be in an as-new condition. The customer needs to bear the return costs.
Is there a warranty?
Not so far, but of course the legal warranty obligation of 2 years applies.
Can the basket be disassembled and are there alternative attachments? 
The basket can be disassembled, but we do not offer any alternative attachments yet.
Why is my paypal payment not accepted?
If your paypal bank account has not yet been verified, it is possible that there is a sending limit for your account. Mostly, the costs for a muli exceed this limit.
