Since 2016, we have been developing and building compact cargo bikes and successfully bringing our concept to the streets of major European cities. We go our own way, because we produce our bikes deliberately and without compromise in a fair and sustainable way in Germany. We are a young team and share our passion for cycling and our commitment to a meaningful change in mobility. We are growing fast and have big plans - and for that we need you!

You like to spend time on your bike and have just as much fun building and repairing bikes? Do you have expertise in the industry and would like to bring this and your open personality into our young team and work in a pleasant atmosphere?

We are currently setting up our new company location in the heart of Cologne's trendy Ehrenfeld district. We are creating a place where bicycles are created from frame production to final assembly and where creative minds and wrench acrobats do their mischief.

You want to be part of it? We are currently searching:

Bike mechanic (m/f/d) full-time
Your areas of responsibility:
  • New assembly of high-quality cargobikes
  • Production Preparation
  • Repair and maintenance
  • Preparation for dispatch if necessary
  • Collaboration in the continuous optimization and further development of our product range
You should have these skills:
  • Completed vocational training as a bicycle mechanic
  • Great interest in bicycles and current trends
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and flexibility
  • Good technical understanding and manual skills, high degree of quality awareness
Welding specialist (m/f/d) fulltime
Your areas of responsibility:
  • Setup and management of the frame production
  • Programming and operation of robot-based welding systems
  • Coordination of the operational processes
  • Preparation for dispatch if necessary
  • Quality and process monitoring
You should have these skills:
  • Completed vocational training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician, toolmaker, welding technician or comparable qualification
  • Qualification as an international welding specialist or welding technician
  • Professional experience in the field of welding robot programming is desirable, especially with Cloos equipment
  • Manual welding ability WIG and MAG desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and flexibility
  • Good technical understanding and manual skills, high degree of quality awareness
Temporary employee (m/f/d) Production and logistics part-time or as mini-job
Your areas of responsibility:
  • Production preparation for bicycle assembly
  • Packing and shipping
  • Repair and maintenance, if necessary
You should have these skills:
  • Enthusiasm for the topic bicycle
  • Craftsmanship and experience in handling bicycles
  • Good technical understanding
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and flexibility
Temporary employee (m/f/d) for sales and customer service on a part-time or mini-job basis
Your areas of responsibility:
  • Customer service (by phone & mail)
  • Collaboration in the showroom
  • Repair and Service Acceptance
  • Support of the trade fair team, if necessary
You should have these skills:
  • Enthusiasm for the topic bicycle
  • Experience in customer communication and high social competence
  • Experience in sales and business fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Ability to work in a team, self-motivation and flexibility
  • Good PC application knowledge (MS-Office) and initial experience in dealing with merchandise management systems are advantageous
